This is something many claim is not possible and that one is born this way. While it is true many are born this way, the condition can also be passed on and indeed the ability to turn someone exists.

It is not a simple process and has many risks involved. Outside of the general risks of such there is of course the mental and personality risks. If the person being turned can handle it in their psyche. Many times they cannot or it has some unforeseen changes in personality and other things. This is probably the biggest issue of it all as it truly does change someone in every way possible. There is also zero way to know how turning will affect someones psyche and what the end result may be.

You might turn 5 people and 1 may stay by your side always, one may turn on you. A third may outgrow and move greatly out of your shadow. A fourth may go insane. A fifth might turn bad or end it.

There are tons of outcomes and no matter how many one turns the end result is never quite the same.

Yes all 3 types of vampires can turn. The methods for each type is similar. While I do believe psychic vampires is probably the easiest to turn and even make as they can indeed be made even without someone trying to do so. The rest are similar in nature but hardly something that will be accidental in doing as opposed to psychic vampirism.

Basically for psychic vampirism it is simply damaging the energy system enough so it needs to feed to keep itself going. Easy to do.

For blood drinking vampires you do indeed need to give them blood as well as damaging the systems similar to a psychic vampire. An example of how to do it would be drinking of them then feeding them your blood with the intent to turn them. While doing so you would be systemically attacking their energy body and system itself. Letting the blood they ingested basically patch up the holes you made.

A hybrid would need to do both methods.
